Why Synnex Sucks

	So, "Why Synnex Sucks?", You ask?
	Andisheh, and myself have been under attack by Synnex's lawyers since 2002. As time went by, their story - "Legal Position" in lawyer talk - kept changing, and changing. JSM's incompetence and subsequent foot dragging, resulted into our case becoming the oldest running case on his honor, Judge Steven Shutter's docket. So concerned, he finally ordered the Plaintiff's attorneys (JSM) to get on with it or else. Guess what? JSM filed a motion to "Excuse Themselves" from the case. Their LEGAL HOLDUP didn't work, and they RAN OFF! THEY CAN (DID) RUN! BUT THEY CAN'T HIDE! I PROMISE!

	So Here is Why Synnex Truly Sucks... Synnex has been aware of the discrepancy betweenthe date on these "allegedly" non-paid invoices, and Andisheh Corporation's sale of Micro Bytes Computers since 2004. They chose not to take any actions to resolve the matter. As a matter of fact they continued their prosecution of the case to see if they can get some money out of Andisheh Corporation. Even as late as June 2007 (Deposition of Stephen G. Shumate - one year after it was ordered by Judge Shutter), their official position was, "the responsibility for these invoices by Andisheh to Synnex is still suspect". Everyone can be assured, Andisheh will see to it that those suspicions will END ONCE AND FOR ALL. One must take into consideration that their "official" position is presented in light of the fact that they have been aware of Florida's Bulk Sales Law since the about the same time, and the fact that their lawyers knew about that law from the very begining. Their firm is called Jacobson, Solo & Moselle, A/K/A www.floridacollections.com These lawyers specialize in collections matters, so they must have known they have no case. That is probably the reason for erroneous Processof Service (twice), their lying to me on the phone, and lies to the judge on their own behalf, on behalf of the case, and even on my behalf. They used a legal maneuver toprevent me from telling the truth, and set me up for an arrest. I was forced to leave the court room with being able to tell the judge, "WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE ALLEGED NON-PAID INVOICES" since that time back in 2003, these lawyers have floated multiple "Legal Positions" in order to intimidate and frustrate me and my company to abandon this non sense case, and fold. Guess what? They Picked on the Wrong Company, and Wrong Company President. Let me be perfectly clear: The very concept of Andisheh Corporation and/or Myself not paying for a legitimate invoice or debt, is insulting and slanderous. it is pure NONSENSE. It is simply a lie which will not be tolerated. Furthermore it will be litigated to the fullest extent! YOU THINK I'M KIDDING? HUH? YOU DO NOT BELEIVE ME, YOU ARE RIGHT AGAIN. OH HELL, I DON'T EVEN BELEIVE IT, BUT IT IS TRUE! Read More Your lawsuit was "allegedly" about some unpaid invoices, dated four (4) years after we had sold the business, and your lawyers knew that long before we found out about the lawsuit. We were NOT even PROPERLY NOTIFIED, since your lawyers (JSM) or "floridacollections" knew you have NO CASE according to FLORIDA LAW. Your lawsuit was a "shakedown", Some have even suggested it was an outright "holdup", of the legal variety. During the course of that frivolous lawsuit it became clearly evident that, their actions were motivated by RACIAL, and ETHNIC HATRED. Their actions have now landed you in a position of having to deal with me, and Andisheh! This is what we will present to a Jury! If ignored, that kind of Racial Hatred will simply manifest itself again and again; and more often against people that simply do not have the resources to defend themselves. The only choice is to Confront it head on, expose it for what it is, and defeat it once and for all! Andisheh is going to bring a lawsuit against Synnex, and we are ACTUALLY going to DO what your lawyer, Justin Jacobson declared to me which was, " We are going to PROSECUTE this case. GET READY SYNNEX. YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET A TASTE OF YOUR OWN MEDICINE! It has been 5 or more years since they sued my company back in 2002, served the lawsuit papers to the wrong address, and tried to obtain a Summary Judgment against my company without even letting me know of the lawsuit. When I learned about the lawsuit, and agreed to provide them with proof positive "documentation" as to the sale, the "lawyer" I talked to (turned out to be a collector), agreed to drop the lawsuit (Their First of Many Lies). Upon providing them with documents, they refused to acknowledge its receipt, and told me, "if what I had faxed over was sufficient, I would get a note from the court". When I appeared in court, their lawyer (Justin Jacobson), lied about "never having seen the documentation". Read More here! The whole thing was a scam to extort money from me, based on a false claim, defective process service, deceptive legal procedure, legal intimidation, and LIES! Their Lawyers (JSM) went even as far as "declaring" that the sale of the company was invalid, and therefore "Illegal". A sale financed by U.S. Small Business Administration
