Hello ..MisersHuang and Murai. My name is Shahram Farhangmehr. You know me as president of Andisheh Corporation. Yeah, the company you frivolously sued in 2002 for some Alleged Non-Paid Invoices, and kept in the courts for over five (5) years for no good reason at all. These alleged Non-Paid Invoices were dated in 2001, and you knew full well, Andisheh Corporationhad sold Micro Bytes Computers in 1997. In case you can't count, four years prior to the date of these "allegedly non-paid" invoices.

As you are already aware, your legal actions cost me and my company a great deal of expense, grief, aggravation, and loss of income during the lawsuit. You took five (5) years of my life. Five years worth of economic activity from me and my company. Five years of waking up middle of the night in cold sweat, and a headache. Your actions resulted in a number of lost opportunities.I was forced into starting a whole new company since Andisheh was under a cloudof uncertainty.
